Abstract
A display device including: display pixels arranged in a display area of a display panel; light sensing pixels arranged in the display area; a display scan driver configured to drive the display pixels to emit light; a light sensing scan driver configured to drive the light sensing pixels to sense light; and a main driving circuit configured to measure a plurality of biometric information using light sensing signals received from touch positions of different body parts, wherein the main driving circuit displays an application program screen to guide a detection process of biometric signals with respect to the different body parts, and selects at least one biometric information among the plurality of biometric information that was measured by analyzing the biometric signals as a final measurement result according to a preset condition and displays the final measurement result on the application program screen.
