Abstract

A damping element () has grooves () on its circumferential surface in the manner of a bayonet closure. The grooves () are open towards an end face () of the damping element (), wherein the grooves () or at least first portions () of the grooves () open towards the end face () of the damping element () run substantially in the longitudinal direction of the damping element (). Moreover, the grooves () have narrow points (). Projections () in a recess () in a first body () can engage in the grooves () in order to secure the damping element () in the first body (). By means of the bayonet closure, the damping element () can be fastened to the first body () and separated therefrom again with little effort. A fastening element () can fasten the damping element () to a second body in order to fasten the first () and the second bodies to one another in a vibration-damped manner.
