Abstract
An injector pen is provided that includes a cartridge housing, a dose selector housingand a nutfor coupling the two housingstogether. The dose selector housingdefines an intermediate axial position, where the nutcan be temporarily retained in the dose selector housingto form a sub-assembly suitable for transport to a different location. During final assembly of the injector pen, the cartridge housingsecurely engages with the nutand displaces the nutfrom the intermediate axial position to a final axial position.
