Abstract
The present invention chiefly aims to provide a novel composition for controlling indigenous bacterial flora in the skin which can enhance or improve the diversity of bacterial species in the indigenous bacterial flora in the skin relative to the condition before treatment. The present invention can include, for example, a composition (e.g., an ointment, a liquid) for controlling the diversity of bacterial species in indigenous bacterial flora in the skin, comprising an effective amount of earthworm lipids extracted from a raw earthworm (), and a base. The composition of the present invention is useful, for example, as a raw material for skin care products and cosmetics.
