Abstract
A processing method and a device are provided. The method includes: performing a target operation in a case of detecting that an uplink congestion failure has occurred on a first subband, where the target operation includes at least one of the following: a first operation and a second operation, the first operation is transmitting an uplink signal to a network device, the second operation is triggering a wireless connection re-establishment procedure, and the uplink signal is used to indicate failure information of the uplink congestion failure.
