Abstract

A sensor data acquisition unitacquires sensor data indicating an acceleration of a device including a vibrator. A second estimation processing unitestimates a speed of the device on the basis of the sensor data. A vibration determination unitdetermines whether or not the vibrator is vibrating on the basis of the sensor data. A stationary determination unitdetermines whether or not the device is stationary on the basis of the sensor data. A second estimation processing unitreduces the estimated speed of the device in a case where it is determined that the vibrator is vibrating and the device is stationary.
