Abstract
Provided are holographic display systems and methods for generating a hologram by compensating for aberrations of a holographic display device. The holographic display system may include a holographic display device and a hologram generating device. The hologram generating device may generate a hologram by propagating hologram segments, using kernels generated by modeling each aberration corresponding to each of hologram plane segments to compensate for aberrations.
