Abstract
The invention discloses a method for direct hydrogenation of maleic anhydride to produce 1,4-butanediol and co-produce succinic anhydride, 1,4-butanediol is obtained by two-step hydrogenation using maleic anhydride and hydrogen as raw materials; the first step of hydrogenation is maleic anhydride hydrogenation reaction, and obtaining γ-butyrolactone and succinic anhydride products by multi-column rectification separation; the second step of hydrogenation is γ-butyrolactone hydrogenation reaction, and obtaining 1,4 butanediol product by rectification separation; specifically includes the following steps: a. hydrogenating maleic anhydride; b. refining the succinic anhydride product; c. hydrogenating γ-butyrolactone; d. refining the 1,4-butanediol product.
