Abstract
A liquid discharge head includes: multiple nozzles though which a liquid is to be discharged, each of the multiple nozzles having a nozzle diameter; a multiple pressure chambers respectively communicating with the multiple nozzles; a supply common chamber communicating with each of the multiple pressure chambers to supply the liquid to each of the multiple pressure chambers; a collection common chamber communicating with each of the multiple pressure chambers to collect the liquid from the multiple pressure chambers; a supply port communicating with the supply common chamber to supply the liquid to the supply common chamber; a discharge port communicating with the collection common chamber to discharge the liquid from the collection common chamber; and a first filter between the supply port and the pressure chamber, the first filter having first multiple openings each having a first diameter smaller than the nozzle diameter.
