Abstract

A layered product () comprises a waterproof and water vapor permeable membrane () having a first side () and a second side (), the membrane comprising a membrane material () which is waterproof and water vapor permeable, and thermoplastic material () which covers at least a portion of the first side () of the membrane () and is formed by at least one three-dimensional build layer (-to-) printed onto the first side () of the membrane such that the thermoplastic material () of the at least one three-dimensional build layer (-to-) is bonded to the membrane material () of the membrane. The layered product can be part of footwear, such as a bootie or upper material.
