Abstract
An information processing system, an information processing method, and a non-transitory computer readable recording medium storing an information processing program that optimize a second process that is performed for a medical image after a first process are provided. An information processing system includes an automatic processing server that includes a CPU-and a storage unit storing instructions executable by the CPU-, and a workstation that includes a CPU-and a storage unit storing instructions executable by the CPU-. The CPU-carries out an image analysis for a medical image as a first process. The CPU-specifies a second process that depends on a processing result of the first process, from among a plurality of processes performable by a plurality of applications, and performs the second process for the medical image subjected to the first process.
