Abstract
Disclosed are a touch panel and a display apparatus. The touch panel includes a touch area () and a peripheral area () surrounding the touch area (), and includes: a base substrate (); a first touch electrode () and a second touch electrode () arranged to intersect with each other, provided on the base substrate () and located in the touch area (); a first touch signal line (), provided on the base substrate () and located in the peripheral area (), and electrically connected with the first touch electrode (); and a guard line () provided on the base substrate (), located between the first touch signal line () and the touch area (), and separated from the first touch signal line () and from the touch area (), where the guard line () is in a floating state. A signal-to-noise ratio can be improved.
