Abstract
Provided are a leptin immunogen, hybridoma cells, a monoclonal antibody, a polyclonal antibody and use thereof. The leptin immunogen includes a polypeptide having an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO:. The anti-leptin monoclonal antibody prepared with the leptin immunogen has good specificity and high sensitivity.
