Abstract
A system for an electronic payment card reader and a portable electronic device accessory includes an adapter assembly with a planar surface portion and an elongated rail portion extending from the planar surface portion. The elongated rail portion is removably couplable with the portable electronic device accessory. The adapter assembly includes a depressed portion with a first side and second side extending parallel with the first side. The first and second sides are removably couplable with first and second sides of the electronic payment card reader.
