Abstract

A method of performing a financial transaction can include receiving, with a first computing device, a request to execute a financial transaction. The first or a second computing device can determine identities of the service applications required to complete the financial transaction. One of the first or second computing devices can then determine an order of executing each of the service applications. One of the first or second computing devices can direct respective second inputs to at least some of the service applications to thereby initiate respective operations of these service applications. Each of the service applications can then complete respective operations. One of the first or second computing device can receive respective outputs from the at least some of the service applications. The first computing device can then complete the financial transaction.
