Abstract
A surgical helmet () for use with a surgical garment () and a power source (). The surgical helmet comprises a protrusion () extending from a top beam () and configured to removably secure the surgical garment to the surgical helmet, and a projection () extending transversely from the protrusion to retain the surgical garment. The surgical helmet may also comprise a post () and the power source may comprise a plug (), wherein the post and the plug comprise complementary features to allow the plug to be rotated about the post without breaking the electrical connection between the plug and the post.
