Abstract
A sensor deviceA includes: an insulating substrate; a touch sensor TS that includes a sensor electrodedisposed on a first surfacedisposed on an operation surface side; a shield electrodedisposed on the first surface; and a detecting electrodefacing the shield electrodeand disposed on a second surfacedifferent from the first surface. The first surfaceis located closer to the operation surface than the second surface, the shield electrodeand the detecting electrodeconstitute a pressure-sensitive sensor that detects a change in capacitance value caused by approaching of the shield electrodeand the detecting electrode, and the shield electrodeblocks capacitive coupling between an operator FIN and the detecting electrodecaused by approaching of the operator FIN to the operation surface.
