Abstract
Provided are a signal sending and receiving method and device. The signal sending device includes: a first transmission module (), configured to send at least one of a signal and a channel to a second-type node on a first frequency domain resource set, or send at least one of the signal and the channel to the second-type node on the first frequency domain resource set and a second frequency domain resource set; where each of the first frequency domain resource set and the second frequency domain resource set is a resource element (RE) set on a physical carrier, and a position of the center RE of the first frequency domain resource set is associated with a channel number of the physical carrier.
