Provided is a dual polarized folded dipole elementincluding: four center portionsarranged adjacent to each other; and an element portion including two parallel wire portionsextending in parallel to each other from different adjacent two of the center portionsand a short circuit portionthat short-circuits each two parallel wire portionsat a distal end, in which: adjacent two of the center portions are physically connected to each other by the element portion; and the element portion extends in substantially the same plane in four directions from the center portionswith an angle of 90° therebetween.
