Abstract

A cannula device () comprises a housing (), a cannula () arranged on the housing (), and a puncture device () which, in a use state, is arranged on the housing () and comprises a puncture trocar () received in the cannula (). The puncture trocar () is displaceable with respect to the cannula () and comprises a trocar tip () which, by displacing the puncture trocar () with respect to the cannula () in a puncturing direction (P), is movable to protrude from the cannula () in said puncturing direction (P), wherein the puncture device () is removable from the housing () in a removal direction (A) opposite the puncturing direction (P). A protection element () is received in the housing () and comprises a connection portion () arranged on the puncture trocar () and at least one shielding leg () pivotably connected to the connection portion (), wherein the puncture trocar () is configured to carry the protection element () along when the puncture trocar () is removed from the housing () in said removal direction (A), the at least one shielding leg () being configured to be pivotably moved with respect to the connection portion () to approach the trocar tip () when the protection element () is carried along by the puncture trocar ().
