Abstract
An apparatus comprising means for performing: determining information comprising: a rate of failure for random access channel attempts in at least one cell controlled by the apparatus; and/or a number of successful random access channel attempts in the at least one cell controlled by the apparatus and a number of failed random access channel attempts in the at least one cell controlled by the apparatus; and sending the information from the apparatus to a second apparatus.
