Abstract
A resource conflict processing method and device, a storage medium, a terminal, and a base station are provided. The method includes: determining whether a Preconfigure Uplink Resource (PUR) search space window and a SS block based RRM Measurement Timing Configuration (SMTC) overlap in time domain; and in response to the PUR search space window and the SMTC overlapping in time domain, transmitting uplink data to be transmitted through a PUR associated with the PUR search space window when there is uplink data to be transmitted; or, in response to the PUR search space window and the SMTC overlapping in time domain, performing a measurement in the SMTC according to a measurement requirement.
