Abstract
Terminal device receives a first PDCCH triggering Type-3 HARQ-ACK codebook and not scheduling a PDSCH; transmits a PUCCH indicated by the PDCCH; wherein in a case that the PDCCH does not indicate a SPS release, a processing time from the PDCCH to the PUCCH is set to a first value, and in a case that the PDCCH indicates a SPS release, the processing time is set to a second value that is larger than the first value.
