Abstract
An array substrate, a method for manufacturing the array substrate and a display device. The array substrate includes: a base substrate including a display region and a peripheral region surrounding the display region; and a light-leakage protection film layer formed on the base substrate. The light-leakage protection film layer is arranged at the peripheral region and includes at least one first film layer, a light transmittance of each first film layer is smaller than or equal to a first threshold, and reflectivity of the first film layer is smaller than or equal to a second threshold.
