One general aspect includes a combined thermal management system () including a vehicle thermal system (), a coupler () and a controller (). The vehicle thermal system is of a vehicle and is configured to provide thermal fluid for thermal management of a target system. The coupler is configured to provide attachment to and permit conveyance of the thermal fluid. The controller has one or more processors configured to control the amount and rate of the thermal fluid provided to the target system.
