Abstract
Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, identifying criteria pertaining to at least one resource in a network, wherein the criteria include first criteria that specifies at least one service that is eligible to access the at least one resource as part of a restoration path, and based on the identifying, distributing the criteria to a node of the network that manages the access to the at least one resource by services provisioned by the network, the services including the at least one service.
