Abstract

A method performed by a first network node () operating in a wireless communications network () with a Radio Access Technology with a split architecture. The first network node () is a Centralized Unit and a second network node () is a Distributed Unit. The first network node () detects () a RACH configuration between a served cell and a neighbor cell, and sends () a first indication to the second network node () based on the conflict. The first indication comprises at least one of: i) a notification of the conflict, ii) assistance information associated to the conflict, iii) a request for assistance information, and iv) a request to resolve the conflict. The first network node () then receives () one or more second indications from the second network node (), wherein at least one is based on a result of a verification of an existence of the conflict.
