Abstract
A multi-configuration exercise device may include a base frame. A multi-configuration exercise device may include an interface frame. A multi-configuration exercise device may include a first cylindrical pad, such that the interface frame is manipulatable in one or more of: a height with respect to the base frame, or an orientation with respect to the base frame.
