Abstract
A bathtub lift () includes a floor plate (), a seat plate () adjustable to vary the distance between the seat plate () and the floor plate (), and a back plate () detachably arranged on the seat plate (). The back plate () supports an adjustment device () driven by a drive () for adjusting the distance between the floor plate and the seat plate. A locking device () is configured to release the back plate (). The back plate () is not arranged on the surface () of the seat plate () facing away from the floor plate (), and a detaching of the floor plate () is only made possible in a floor-plate-side end position of the seat plate ().
