Abstract

An intravaginal device () includes arms () and struts (). Each strut of the struts () has a first end () coupled to a shaft () arranged to slide in a tube () and a second end () coupled to one of the arms (). A string () is coupled to the shaft (). The arms () have a stowed orientation in which the struts () are folded inwards and a deployed orientation in which the struts () point radially outwards and tautly hold the arms () in an expanded position.
