The tube () several lengthwise extending channels () for supplying a liquid and suction to the end effector () and to apply current to perform diathermy. A slide rail assembly () comprises at a main slide guide body () that accommodates an end effector slider () and a junction slider (). The end effector slider () slides in the guideway () and is connected to the effector sleeve () through one of the lengthwise extending channels to operate said effector sleeve () in relation to the end effector. The junction slider () also slides in the guideway () downstream the end effector slider (). The junction slider () is connected to the tube () to arrange at least a first lengthwise extending channel (), a second lengthwise extending channel () and a third lengthwise extending channel () of the tube () in communication with the end effector ().
