On the terminal side, an information transmission method provided by the embodiment of the present application, includes: determining the actual reporting method of the physical uplink control channel PUCCH according to the reported time domain resources and higher-layer configuration, the actual reporting method is joint reporting or independent reporting; where, the higher-layer configuration includes indication information of the PUCCH reporting method configured on the network side; using the reporting method to transmit PUCCH, the PUCCH carries HARQ feedback information.
