Abstract

An information processing apparatus acquires face image data of a passenger who has disembarked from an aircraft from an image capture device, and acquires identification information corresponding to the face image data acquired from the image capture device from the storage device. In the storage device, the identification information of the passenger, which includes flight information of the passenger, and the face image data of the passenger are stored in association with each other in advance. The information processing apparatus determines, based on the flight information included in the acquired identification information, whether the passenger is a passenger who is to re-board an aircraft after disembarking from the aircraft.
