Abstract
Display substrate and display apparatus are provided. The display substrate includes a display area and a periphery area surrounding the former, and further includes: a signal line, basic spacers, compensation spacers, and an encapsulation structure, the signal line having a first section located at the periphery area; at least a part of the basic spacers is located at the display area; disposed in a first periphery area, an orthographic projection of the first periphery area onto a base of the display substrate at least partially overlaps with an orthographic projection of a side face of the first section onto the base; the layout density of the compensation spacers is greater than that of the basic spacers; the encapsulation structure includes organic and inorganic encapsulation layers arranged in a stack, and the organic and inorganic encapsulation layers cover the compensation spacers.
