Abstract
The included are a control unit that determines a configuration for a transmission of a scheduling request based on whether the scheduling request is for a communication between a base station apparatus and the user equipment or the scheduling request is for a communication between the user equipment and another user equipment; a transmitting unit that transmits the scheduling request by using the configuration for the transmission of the determined scheduling request; and a receiving unit that receives a scheduling grant based on the scheduling request.
