Abstract

A network node in a Wireless Communication Network (WNC) bridge receives scheduling information from a Central Network Controller (CNC). The network node calculates the RAN assistance information based on the scheduling information. The network node forwards the RAN assistance information towards a RAN scheduler that schedules RAN traffic passing through the WCN bridge.
