Abstract
A supplemental safety system () and a method for use of the same are disclosed. In one embodiment of the system () a safety site plan () of a site and a safety site schedule () for the site are utilized. The safety site plan () includes a site plan of the site augmented with locationing information for work with a project geofence () therearound. The safety site schedule () for the site includes a work schedule for the site augmented with schedule data relative to a project pre-work phase (), a project work phase (), and a project post-work phase (). The safety site plan () and the safety site schedule () are utilized to provide safety as a project advances from project pre-work () to project work () to post- work ().
