Abstract
Disclosed are a system and a method for still image-based media content monitoring and, more specifically, a system and a method for still image-based media content monitoring, in which a copied content obtained by illegally copying an original content, which is a video content such as a movie content or a broadcast content, is monitored on the basis of a still image, thereby preventing illegal distribution of the copied content.
