Abstract
Provided is a negative electrode for a secondary battery including: a current collector; and a negative electrode active material layer including a negative electrode active material, formed on the current collector, with the negative electrode satisfying Relation 1:3.0<τ*<7.2 [Relation 1] with τ a tortuosity of the negative electrode, and Da pellet density (g/cm) of the negative electrode active material, measured by pressing the negative electrode active material at 8 kN/cm. Also provided is a secondary battery including the same.
