Abstract
An assembly method for a silicon cooling arm that connects a cool source to an aluminum sleeve of a cryogenic target includes a bulb of a strut () preset in an arc-shaped groove (-) of a rotary table (). Additionally, a first section (-) of a connecting shaft () is inserted into a center insertion hole (-) of the rotary table (). A second section of the connecting shaft () is attached to an upper surface of a disk body (-). A coaxial connector () and a strut stop () are sheathed on the connecting shaft (). A recessing (-) of the strut () is fitted onto a boss (-) of the groove in the strut stop (). Finally, a fifth section (-) of the connecting shaft () is inserted into a hollow part in a hollow disk body (-) of the strut stop ().
