Abstract

The present disclosure provides a humanized anti-BASIGIN antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof, which comprises heavy chain variable region (V) comprising an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1; optionally further comprise light chain variable region (V) comprising an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2. The present disclosure also provides a composition comprising the humanized anti-BASIGIN antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof, an isolated nucleic acid sequence encoding the humanized anti-BASIGIN antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof, a vector comprising the nucleic acid, a host cell comprising the vector, and use of the humanized anti-BASIGIN antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof.
