Monoclonal antibody that specifically binds IL-1RAcP, or an antigen binding fragment thereof, comprising: The monoclonal antibody is characterized in that it inhibits IL-1RAcP induced NFkB activity, useful in treatment of IL-1RAcP related diseases.
