Abstract
Embodiments of the present application disclose a method for configuring a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH). The method includes receiving, by a terminal device, a time domain resource allocation list for at least one Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) transmission through RRC signaling; and not expecting, by the terminal device, to receive a PDSCH aggregation factor when at least one time domain resource allocation in the time domain resource allocation list includes a Ultra-Reliable Low-Latency Communication (URLLC) repetition number.
