Abstract

A first exemplary embodiment of the present invention is a door lock control apparatus () including an on-site image acquisition unit () that acquires an on-site image generated by a camera for capturing a site where a reserved vehicle is present, an on-site sensing unit () that senses that a reserving person is present on the site, based on the on-site image, and a release command output unit () that outputs, when it is sensed that the reserving person is present on the site, a command of releasing a door lock of the reserved vehicle.
