Abstract
An object of the present disclosure is to provide a surgical instrument that can facilitate adjustment between a progressive position gap and a flexed position gap by additionally resecting a bone after resection of a femur distal portion. A surgical instrument () includes a body portion () including a first abutment surface () abuttable against a distal end resection surface () of a femur distal portion () and a posterior condyle abutment portion () including a second abutment surface () abuttable against a posterior condyle resection surface () of a posterior condyle portion () of a femur () and connected to the body portion ().
