Abstract
An electronic device has a peripheral region and includes a first diode, a second diode, an auxiliary electrode and a peripheral pad. The second diode is disposed adjacent to the first diode. The auxiliary electrode is electrically connected to the first diode and the second diode. The peripheral pad is disposed in the peripheral region. The peripheral pad is electrically connected to the auxiliary electrode through a plurality of connection portions.
