A seamless steel pipe of the present invention is a seamless steel pipe having a composition that includes, in mass %, C: 0.02 to 0.12%, Si: 0.010 to 1.00%, Mn: 0.10 to 2.00%, P: 0.050% or less, S: 0.004% or less, Al: 0.010 to 0.100%, Cu: 0.03 to 0.80%, Ni: 0.02 to 0.50%, Cr: 0.55 to 1.00%, Sb: 0.005 to 0.20%, and the balance Fe and incidental impurities, and satisfying the following formula (1),1.7×Cu*+11×Cr*+3.8×Sb*≥13.5  (1),
