A polyalkylene glycol-based compound may have formula (1): wherein Ris a monovalent aromatic hydrocarbon group having 6 to 42 ring carbon atoms; Ris a monovalent aromatic hydrocarbon group having 6 to 42 carbon atoms or a hydrogen atom; Ris a divalent hydrocarbon group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms; and m is a number in a range of from 1 to 40.
