Abstract

There is provided a safety apparatus including a push-up member in which an ejected object is hardly displaced even during transportation, and an aerial vehicle including the safety apparatus. A safety apparatusincludes a cylinderthat accommodates a piston memberand is provided with a borethrough which the piston memberprotrudes to the outside (upward in FIG.) during operation, a push-up memberthat is pushed up in one direction by the piston member, an ejected objectthat is pushed up while being supported by the push-up member, a gas generatoras a power source that moves the piston memberin the cylinder, a containerthat has a bottomed cylindrical shape and accommodates the piston member, the cylinder, the push-up member, the ejected object, and the gas generator, and a lidthat closes an opening end of the container. A movement preventing memberthat prevents the ejected objectfrom moving in a circumferential direction of a bottomed cylindrical portionis provided on an upper surface of a supportof the push-up member
