Abstract
The present invention relates to an implantable device () comprising: —an ultrasonic unit () which includes an electric connection terminal, —a support plate () which includes a through-opening for the connection terminal to pass through, and —an attachment piece () which can cooperate with the connection terminal, the attachment piece () including a collar for pressing the support plate () against the ultrasonic unit () when the ultrasonic unit (), the support plate () and the attachment piece () are joined.
